International Journal of Cyber Forensics and Advanced Threat Investigations

The International Journal of Cyber Forensics and Advanced Threat Investigations (CFATI) is the first open access, peer-reviewed, scholarly journal, that is dedicated entirely to the study of tools, techniques, procedures, and methodologies of Red, Yellow, and Blue practitioners. The journal publishes original research, practical, review, case studies, and legal analysis articles in all areas of cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, and threat investigations. The journal also aims to attract more women to join the field of cybersecurity and forensic investigations, and encourage submissions from all women authors whose work fits with the Focus and Scope of the journal. The journal is served by a dedicated international editorial board to give a thorough swift editorial response. The Editor-in-Chief of the Journal will be glad to receive original articles, which are not considered for publication elsewhere, on subjects covered by the Journal.

International Journal of Cyber Forensics and Advanced Threat Investigations

CFATI is a gold-open access journal, which means it does not charge fees neither to authors nor to readers and is entirely maintained by the Association of Cyber Forensics and Threat Investigators and the Industrial Cybersecurity Center.

All articles are subject to a rigorous peer-review process so as to keep pace with new advances in cybersecurity research and development, disseminate knowledge, promote a thorough understanding of the Journal’s topics and highlight ideas of potential industrial interest.

All submissions are checked for plagiarism to verify its originality before they undergo the peer-review process. Plagiarism is a serious academic offense and will not be tolerated in any sort! Any case of plagiarism would lead to life-time abundance of all authors for publishing in any of our journals or conferences. Read More about Our Plagiarism Policy

Each submitted article should have a direct relationship with the one or more of the basic cybersecurity methodologies: red teaming methodology, yellow teaming methodology, and blue teaming methodology. Click on the picture below to display the core areas in each one of them.
